This FAQ page applies ONLY to the overnight paranormal investigation at the historic Shanley Hotel in Napanoch, NY. Please review the information below before booking, as this is a limited capacity, professionally led overnight investigation.

You will be asked to sign a waiver prior to starting the investigation, both for Veil Walker Paranormal and Shanley Hotel.
How are the rooms booked?
Rooms are booked directly through our website at the time of purchase. Room assignments, and guest coordination is handled by Veil Walker Paranormal, not the guest themselves.
What if I am attending alone?
Due to the Shanley Hotel policies, the double occupancy rate applies even if only one guest is attending.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. This overnight investigation is 18+ only, no exceptions. No minors are permitted to attend.
Do I need prior paranormal investigation experience?
Some prior experience is strongly recommended. This is a very active overnight investigation and not a beginner workshop. It is not designed for first-time participants. Guidance is provided throughout the night.
Are there physical and mobility requirements?
Yes. Guests must be able to navigate stairs, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. Due to the historic nature of the Shanley Hotel, not all areas are accessible.
What equipment is provided?
Guidance and select investigation equipment will be provided, i.e. K2, SB7. Guests may bring their own equipment if desired. Please note, Veil Walker Paranormal is NOT responsible for guests personal equipment.
Can I request a refund?
All sales are final. Refunds are not available unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
