Cancellation and Refund Policy for Veil Walker Paranormal LLC
All bookings are non-refundable. However, guests may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled tour time. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
If Veil Walker Paranormal must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for the energy and preparation that goes into each tour.
No Show Policy
If a client does not show up for a scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
